How to add a PIN and email address to your account

You can add a PIN and email address to your Launchpad account so that you can reset your password whenever needed, without calling the Excelleris Support Desk. A new security requirement will also mean you need to provide your PIN when phoning the Excelleris Support Desk.

  1. Sign in to your Launchpad account at and go to Options.
  2. Select User Profile & Account Email.
  3. Create a 4-6 digit PIN under Security Information and add your email address in the account email address section.
    • Your PIN should be a number that only you know for this account
  4. Click EMAIL ME NOW and retrieve your 6 digit activation code that will be emailed to you. This may take a moment.
    • Or to complete the account validation at a later time, click Save. Your account validation code is only valid for 24 hours.
  5. Enter the 6 digit validation code (emailed to you) in the space provided and click VALIDATE.
  6. Click Save to save your user profile.

Note: never include your PIN in email communication or by phone to a 3rd party. Excelleris will never call you to ask for this number.
