Vancouver, BC. (October 7, 2019) – LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services (“LifeLabs”) today announced the appointment of Jennifer Cudlipp as President, Excelleris.  

Excelleris plays a unique role in Canadian health care: its patient portals are the largest in the country with 2.5 million users and it is one of Canada’s most connected Health Information Exchange platforms, and serves governments and more than 30,000 health care providers across Canada.

Jennifer assumes this role is in addition to her existing responsibilities as Senior Vice President, British Columbia. Ms. Cudlipp’s leadership in managing strategic partnerships in BC will continue to help us position Excelleris as a key player in the digital health space and health care system and will also create opportunities that will drive business development and growth for LifeLabs across Canada.   

Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed a deep understanding of both the industry and the ways in which Excelleris—and LifeLabs— can support Canadians in proactively managing their health. During her time at LifeLabs, Ms. Cudlipp has held senior roles in multiple areas of our business including finance, strategy, and human resources. This varied experience combined with her strong business acumen positions Ms. Cudlipp to help advance the role that LifeLabs plays in Canadian health care.

Ms. Cudlipp is a Chartered Professional Accountant and received her bachelor of business administration in accounting and finance from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Surrey, British Columbia. Jennifer is the Board Chair of RainCity Housing and Support Society, and sits on the board of directors for United Way of the Lower Mainland and LifeSciences British Columbia.
